Without a doubt, this was the best seafood we've had in all of Morocco! The seafood platter was absolutely incredible—fresh, beautifully prepared, and so massive that it was more than enough to share. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and you could truly taste the quality and freshness of the seafood. What made the experience even more memorable was the outstanding service. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional, making us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to our waiter, **Madhi**, who was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. If you're in Marrakech and looking for exceptional seafood with equally exceptional service, this is the place to go. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back! UPDATE Returning for a second visit was the easiest decision we made in Marrakech, and once again, this restaurant exceeded every expectation. The consistency is remarkable. The seafood is unbelievably fresh, expertly prepared, and bursting with flavor. After dining here twice, we can confidently say this is the finest seafood restaurant in Marrakech. The experience begins with selecting your own fresh seafood, which is then cooked to perfection. Every dish arrives beautifully presented, and the seafood platter is nothing short of spectacular—generous, vibrant, and absolutely mouthwatering. We specifically requested Madhi to be our waiter again because he made our first visit so memorable, and he delivered another flawless experience. His warm hospitality, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for his guests are second to none. He truly elevates the entire dining experience. The portions are incredibly generous, the prices are surprisingly affordable for the quality you receive, and every bite is worth savoring. Amazing experience at Restaurant Chouf L'Or. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Special thanks to Youssef for being such a great waiter, very attentive, friendly. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Marrakech!
Fantastic restaurant with great service and very professional staff. The manager was present making sure everything was perfect. Food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. The royal fried seafood platter and fresh lemonade were excellent. They kindly asked me to change tables so a large group could sit together, and they handled it with great professionalism and even offered me Moroccan mint tea. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Marrakesh.
If you’re in Marrakesh, you have to visit Chouf L’or. The hospitality here is unmatched; the team is so attentive and genuinely friendly. You can tell the chef puts a lot of heart into the food. We had dinner as a part of a tour we got through the app Get your Guide and after a Hamman spa&massage which was also outstanding. This is important because of the location. Not being at the old city might mean a handicap but it resulted in a stunning experience. Let's talk about the restaurant, personnel and of course the food. The waiter who attended us was so nice, attentive and not only polite but very friendly. He and the restaurant had a great and unexpected detail/present and invited us to a extra dessert with a rose for my wife. Again, unexpected is a ++ X2. This never happens! The food: they introduced us 3 different menus. International, Morocco menu, and fisherman menu. We went for fisherman as we had already had tipical Moroccan food, and it was tasty and different but sooo good! I so much recommend this, guys.
