Absolutely loved this place! The ambiance was amazing, the atmosphere was vibrant and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor. A very special thank you to our waiter Simo, who was incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming. He really made us feel comfortable and made the whole evening even more enjoyable. Fantastic service, great vibes and truly delicious food — we had such a wonderful time and would definitely come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Probably our favourite restaurant that we visited while in Morocco! We came here on the first night and it set a great example for the rest of the trip. We booked a table quite late during the night so that we could eat while listening to the jazz band playing downstairs. The Crying Kefta was really tasty and had a spice level to it. The tacos were also really good and came with a dip that added to the flavour. Overall would definitely recommend trying here!
The interior of Pergola is absolutely stunning. It's the kind of place you could proudly find in any major city in the world, with a stylish and sophisticated design that immediately impresses. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The service was disappointing from start to finish. Even the staff member greeting guests on the street lacked the warmth and hospitality you'd expect. After being seated, we waited around 10 minutes just to receive the QR codes for the menu. The staff also didn't seem to know their own wine list. We were recommended a sweet wine when we specifically asked for a dry one. To make matters worse, the wine glass we were given was dirty, so we had to ask for it to be replaced—another detail you wouldn't expect from a venue at this price point. I tried the house cocktail, the Moroccan Mule. It was okay, but nothing memorable. The alcohol was overpowering, making the drink feel unbalanced rather than refreshing. Considering the menu and the prices, I expected a much better overall experience. This place has enormous potential because the venue itself is exceptional, but the service and attention to detail simply don't match the setting. It's like owning a Bugatti and not knowing how to drive it.
They make delicious food. It has a lovely terrace and pool garden. The live music band plays excellent jazz. However, the waiters can't manage the workload. They can be inattentive during peak hours.They need training. Overall, it's a restaurant definitely worth trying.
Shout out Nasser, he handled everything we needed before we even knew we needed it! Best server anyone can ask for. Appreciate the service, attentiveness and great sense of direction. Recommendations were chefs kiss. Dinner was amazing. Music was outstanding. Ambience on 1,0000000. Choose this place for a lovely dinner.
