I had a great sushi experience at Min Koy! The fish was incredibly fresh, the presentation was beautiful, and every roll was full of flavor. The service was attentive and friendly, making the whole dining experience even better. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner. If you’re looking for quality sushi in Casablanca, I definitely recommend giving Min Koy a try. I’ll certainly be back!
What an incredible place! GF of sofitel la tour blanche, as a hidden gem! A supreme experience but you have to be ready to high standards of japanese cuisine! I had a selection of sushi, hoso maki, and a yummy tuna tataki! I ended up with a tremendous matcha fondant! Wow
I picked Minkoy randomly because it was close to where I was staying… and it turned out to be an incredible find. As a real sushi addict, I can say this is some of the best sushi I’ve ever had — fresh, flavorful, almost perfect. What really made the experience stand out was the service. Mr. Salah is a standout — attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Manager Miss Hind brings amazing energy and a warm, welcoming vibe. They even surprised me with an unexpected gift, which made the whole experience even more memorable. Definitely coming back.
The restaurant is really well decorated, reminiscent of Japanese style decor, with a giant magnificent fish statue hanging from the ceiling. The waiters were nice and welcoming. I liked their mocktails the most, they were bold and very rich in flavor, the sushi roll i tried was fresh and tasty, and so was the lamb skewers, however most of the other foods were kind of cold, such as the fried rice and the gyozas which were warm from the outside but cool from the inside, the eggplant miso was fine, not that rememberable. I recommend giving this restaurant a try despite the outrageous prices.
We ordered the Peru Chicken, Salmon Ponzu, Dragon Roll, and matcha fondue cake, and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Morocco. Issa and his manager were exceptional.
