Important Information
- Pickup confirmation: Your exact pickup time and location will be sent via WhatsApp and GetYourGuide chat the evening before your tour (between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM). Please make sure to check your messages.
Luggage: Large suitcases will be safely stored in the vehicle. Please bring a small backpack for the desert overnight, as camels cannot carry large luggage.
Dietary requirements: Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available. Simply inform your driver at the start of the tour.
Winter conditions (Nov–Feb): Nights in the desert can be cold (0°C to 5°C). Standard tents do not include heating (blankets are provided), while luxury tents offer heating for extra comfort.
Communication: A valid mobile number with WhatsApp is required to ensure smooth coordination before and during the tour.
Cash: Please bring cash (EUR or MAD) for lunches (approximately €10–13 per meal), drinks, and tips. ATMs are not available in desert areas.
