Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakech – Atlas Mountains – Kasbah Aït Ben Haddou – Dades Valley

Start early with pickup from your accommodation or nearest accessible point in Marrakech. Travel through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, stopping for photos and coffee. Visit the fortified Berber village of Aït Ben Haddou, a UNESCO site and famous film location. Explore the village with an optional local guide (€2 per person). After lunch at a local café, continue to Dades Valley via Ouarzazate and Klaa Mgouna. Overnight and dinner at Kasbah Safari Rose or similar.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Monkey Fingers – Dades Canyon

After breakfast, enjoy a guided walking tour of the Dades Valley, focusing on the Monkey Fingers rock formations. The walking excursion lasts 1 to 2 hours and is accompanied by a local guide (€3 per person). Overnight and dinner at Kasbah Safari Rose or similar.

Day 3: Dades – Todra Gorges – Merzouga Dunes – Camel Trek

Depart after breakfast toward the Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga, passing through Tinghir, Tinjdad, and Erfoud. Explore Todra Gorges with an optional local guide during a walk through the canyon.
