Was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I walked in very last minute, and they welcomed me. I didn't feel rushed - in fact, I overstayed my time slot and I was late leaving as I lost track of time. My masseuse in particular was really good - unfortunately I didn't get her name. Overall, I did the hammam and massage experience and I would definitely recommend.
