This was our second time dining here. We loved the experience: the service was truly impeccable and very professional (a special thank you to Youssef), the food was delicious, and the place has a wonderful atmosphere. All the staff are very kind, friendly, and welcoming. The Moroccan musicians were fantastic too. Thank you so much to the whole team!
I went there for Christmas Eve dinner because the restaurant is a Relais & Châteaux property. Even at the entrance, there's a Michelin sign, even though the guide doesn't visit Morocco… The restaurant was nice, the menu a bit simple. It was good, but frankly, not memorable. Expensive for what it was. And the service was far from European standards.
An absolutely flawless experience, truly 10 out of 10. We arrived without a reservation and were immediately met with the most gracious and impeccable service. Despite our unexpected arrival, every possible effort was made to accommodate us, and within half an hour, we were offered what felt like the best table in the restaurant. While we waited, drinks and aperitifs were kindly offered, setting the tone for what would become an exceptional evening. It genuinely felt as though we were expected guests, rather than a last-minute inconvenience. The cuisine was simply outstanding, the most refined Moroccan fusion we experienced during our entire week in Marrakech. Having dined in several excellent establishments and hidden gems throughout our trip, this meal stood out effortlessly for its elegance, balance, and creativity. A heartfelt thank you to the management and to the chef for such a memorable experience. This is a place that embodies true hospitality and culinary excellence. Highly, highly recommended.
A truly beautiful establishment tucked away behind a small door. The welcome and service were impeccable. The ambiance is reminiscent of the 1920s, yet with a chic style. The cuisine is masterful: the fish was cooked to perfection, the couscous delicious. And what can I say about the Grand Marnier soufflé? We were able to tour the hotel, which only confirmed the beauty of the place.
