Itinerary

Day 1: Depart Marrakech early and cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, enjoying scenic stops and views of Berber villages. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Aït Ben Haddou, a historic ksar known for its architecture and film appearances. Continue to Ouarzazate, passing through the Skoura Oasis and the Valley of Roses. Arrive at Dades Valley for dinner and overnight at a hotel or kasbah surrounded by mountain scenery.

Day 2: After breakfast, travel along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs to Todra Gorges, where cliffs rise over 300 meters. Take a short walk before continuing toward Erfoud, a town known for fossils and markets. Reach Merzouga and embark on a sunset camel trek across the Erg Chebbi dunes. Stay overnight in a luxury desert camp featuring private tents with ensuite facilities. Enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner and Berber music around the campfire.

Day 3: Wake early to watch the sunrise over the dunes, then return to Merzouga by camel. Drive back to Marrakech via Ziz Valley, passing palm groves and desert landscapes. Stop for lunch en route and cross the High Atlas Mountains again before arriving in Marrakech in the evening.
