My stay in Marrakech was wonderful ⭐️ at a hotel that was more than amazing. The atmosphere was sophisticated and peaceful, and the rooms were elegant and equipped with everything a guest needs for complete comfort. I thank the manager, Mr. Ismail. Breakfast was prepared by Sister Fatima, who was in charge of cleaning and cooking 👌🏻. It was rich and varied with delicious flavors to suit all tastes. The service was excellent; the staff were helpful and friendly, making the experience special from arrival to departure. This hotel truly deserves five stars, and I highly recommend it 👍🏻. It has a strategic location close to the old town and squares ⭐️
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Tamazy for four nights and five days. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly arranged and incredibly smooth. We were warmly welcomed by Ismail with delicious mint tea and freshly made Moroccan pastries, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing and authentic experience. Throughout our stay, the hospitality was exceptional. Ismail was always available, helping us organize activities, taxis, and anything else we needed. He was consistently kind, attentive, and ready to answer all our questions, which made exploring the area completely stress-free. A special mention also goes to Fatima, who prepared the most delicious meals for us, from breakfast to dinner. Her tajine was truly outstanding, and the authentic couscous she made on our last evening was simply unforgettable—a perfect way to end our stay. The rooms and bathrooms were always spotless, and the daily cleaning service made everything very comfortable and effortless, especially when packing on the day of departure. Overall, our experience was incredibly pleasant and exceeded all expectations. We felt genuinely cared for and would highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for a warm, authentic, and hassle-free stay.
I rarely review the places I stay, a task I gladly leave to my wife. This time I have to make an exception because in so many travels, I've never experienced service of this level. The property has just opened, and it shows; it's simply perfect in every detail, as well as being furnished and finished with extreme care. It's a little paradise within the Medina, where tranquility and silence contrast with the hustle and bustle outside. The real added value is Ismael and Fatima. They go beyond mere hosting, almost approaching family. They literally take care of you, from planning an excursion, to providing directions to a destination, to preparing a quick lunch if requested or a fantastic breakfast... their attention is an integral and much-appreciated part of the experience, on a level I've never encountered on other trips. I can't help but return, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking excellent service in this splendid city. Alessandro
We stayed at Riad Tamazy for four days and couldn't have asked for anything better. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and pampered like family. The property is beautiful, with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, perfect for enjoying maximum comfort. A special thanks goes to Ismael, the manager: an incredibly kind and thoughtful person with perfect English, who organized every transfer for us flawlessly. And what about Fatima? She took care of us with infinite kindness, delighting us with tea and delicious food, always making sure we were satisfied and happy. The Riad also has an indoor pool: although the water is cool, it was a wonderful distraction to cool our feet after long walks in the city. The location is strategic, very convenient for reaching all the main attractions. We will recommend it to anyone seeking peace and quiet in the heart of Marrakech. Such a hidden gem! Honestly, Riad Tamazy is stunning. The whole place has this really cool vibe lots of crisp whites and deep greens that make it feel super fresh, but it still has that authentic Moroccan soul. I loved the little touches of artwork everywhere it really makes the space feel unique and high-end. A massive shoutout to Ismail for hosting us. He was seriously amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a spot that’s stylish but still feels like home, this is definitely it. 10/10.
