A really nice place with really good rooms and facilities. The rooms come with AC which is a blessing. The staff are really welcoming and friendly. We were welcomed by Gilbert who gave us a nice briefing with some tea and recommended some local spots and helped sort out cabs for us. Highly recommend a really good place to stay
Really nice time in Marrakech in this Riad. Attentive service from Ayoub and very clean thanks to other staff. Close to a few attractions in the south of the old medina and about 5-10 mins ride away from the centre.
My friend and I spent 2 nights at Riad Kasbah and we absolutely loved everything about it, especially the interior. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommended! We’d love to come back!
A small but incredibly grateful review for the beautiful staff at Riad Kasbah. The building and rooms are beautiful, the space peaceful, like a little oasis from the chaos that can be Marrakech. I got quite sick for the last two days of my stay and the staff were so kind and caring, carrying my bag to the taxi, recommending doctors and medication and above all just being genuinely concerned. Thanking you. I have made it to the airport and fingers crossed onto the plane. 100% would recommend Riad Kasbah and spa.
The hotel was fantastic, the hammam was a disappointment. 5 stars for the riad; the chicken tagine was amazing. We booked the hammam and massage package for 1 hour and 45 minutes hamam(45min) and masage (1h), but we were very disappointed. The massage was good, but not an hour. We were done in 1.5 hours for a 1 hour 45 min treatment. The hammam is 45 minutes per person, but for two people it takes the same amount of time.. You're roughly scrubbed and washed. Washing your hair didn't feel nice, and everything seemed rushed and rough. I didn't see a clay mask, and there was little love in the treatment. The woman works incredibly hard but seems grumpy. The sales pitch sounded better than it actually was, and I didn't think it was worth the money. The massage was worth it, but I would have kept track of whether it was actually an hour. So, 5-star hotel, 2-star hammam, 4-star massage.
