Went today for Hammam and massage. We were told to arrive early, which we did, and proceeded to wait for 45 minutes before services began. Hammam felt very rushed, very quick. The massage was very loud with people talking, not in hushed tones, but in regular, loud speaking voices. I heard a number of women saying how relaxing their massages were, meanwhile, mine was very interrupted and not relaxing at all. Also, in the middle of my massage, all the lights came on and stayed on for a while. The boss (?) offered us a discount for the service, which helped some.

So we went with a friend together for hammam and 30min massage. Hammam was ok, woman that was doing it was attentive and kind. BUT MASSAGE WAS TERRIBLE! Woman was using her phone with one hand and doing massage with the other. They clearly don’t know what massage is, just rubbed oil all around body. Massaged face with oil. In Hammam we had our hair washed but after massage it got all greasy…. Thank god the receptionist gave us discount after bad experience. RECOMMEND ONLY HAMMAM Only receptionist speak a little English.
