We booked this place last minute and they were soooooo accommodating, they gave us tea and baadia. We started with a Hammam scrub experience by Maryam, she did an amazing job, made us feel very comfortable and was quite funny too haha. Afterwards we had a 30 minute massage and I had a lady called Manar who had such soothing hands. The room was entirely pitch black and I could’ve fallen asleep. 10/10 would recommend, luxury experience for a great price Manar Maryam
Maryam and Houda were amazing!! They made us feel so comfortable and were very friendly and relaxing. Maryam did the scrub and was sooo goood! Houda did my massage and I was relaxed I almost fell asleep! Highly recommend them both!! MashaAllah!!
I visited with a friend and was warmly welcomed by Abdul upon arrival. Once we were ready, we proceeded to the hammam experience, which was relaxed and never felt rushed. Miriam provided excellent service and ensured we were comfortable throughout. Afterward, we enjoyed our massages, which were professionally and thoroughly carried out by Aouda and Manar. Their attention to detail and expertise made the experience truly exceptional. Overall, we had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone visiting Marrakesh and will certainly return on my next visit.
We are leaving Marrakech pampered, clean, relaxed and with glowing skin after our experience at 5 elements spa! All the staff were lovely and professional, the spa was charming and very clean. Can’t believe how cheap it is for what you get - serviced hammam with black soap, clay mask, rigorous scrubbing, time to relax in the steam, followed by an hour-long massage and then some chill time with Moroccan tea, all for ~€50, in a very luxurious environment and treatment. I’m so happy we did this, great way to end our holiday!
I booked the hammam and massage experience and it was phenomenal. We were welcomed by Abdo who showed us to the changing room. The service started in steam room with Oumoimu; I couldn’t believe how much dead skin she scrubbed off me. It was followed with a massage with Maria which was so relaxing and everything I needed to wrap up my trip in Marrakesh. I believe this is something everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime. If I could; I would do the scrub service at least once a quarter. The overall experience was worth the price paid for the service and the ambience of the space.
