Description
Day 1: Tangier - Chefchaoun - Fes
Our Tangier desert tours 4 days will depart at 8 am, when our professional and experienced driver picks you up from your hotel in Tangier in our luxury and air conditioned vehicle. We will take you to the beautiful city of Chefchaouen, where you will enjoy the calm and serene atmosphere of the mountains and most importantly the vivid magic and charm of this blue city, its small Medina and its beautiful monuments. From Chefchaouen, you will take the road to Fes, where you will make a quick late afternoon/evening visit in the Medina before having your dinner and spending the first night of your tour at your Riad in Fes.
Day 2: Fes - Ifran - Azrou - Medilt - Merzouga
On the second day of your tour, after enjoying your breakfast at the hotel in Fes, we will head to the Moroccan Sahara desert through the gorgeous and Serene Middle Atlas Mountains where some of the most captivating landscapes of Morocco can be found. The road passes by some gorgeous cities like Ifrane, “The Switzerland of Morocco”. We will also stop in Azrou to wander inside of the famous Cedar Forest and feed the Barbary Macaque monkeys. Next, we will pass by Midelt and some Berber villages before reaching Merzouga where you will take a camel ride to your luxury desert camp, located on the beautiful golden sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. Upon your arrival to the desert camp, you will enjoy a traditional dish for dinner before spending the second night of our Tangier desert tours 4 days in a luxury Berber tent.
Day 3: Merzouga - Toudgha Gorge - Dades Valley
On the third day of our Tangier desert tours 4 days, after savoring your breakfast on the desert dunes, we will depart from Merzouga heading towards the gorgeous Dades Valley and Gorge passing by some magnificent natural landscapes that will blow you away. The road passes by many Berber villages and scattered Kasbahs are found along the way. We will stop at the gorgeous Toudgha gorge for a walk and for lunch, where the orange limestones are separated by a 300m-deep fault creating a captivating sight. Dinner and overnight at a hotel in Dades valley.
Day 4: Dades Valley - Rose Valley - Skoura - Ouarzazate - Kasbah Ait BenHaddou - Marrakech.
On the final day of our trip, after savoring your breakfast, we will continue our tour from Dades valley through the beautiful Rose Valley and Skoura with its historical mudbrick castles and Kasbahs. Next on our journey, we will visit the cinematic city of Ouarzazate which has become a major attraction for movie makers from all over the world, where the making of several great movies took place like Gladiator, Kingdom of heaven, Babel… and many tv shows like Game of Thrones. We will also visit the beautiful and famous Kasbah Ait BenHaddou, the most famous Kasbah in Morocco before descending through the Tizi-n-Tichka pass to Marrakech where our driver will drop you off and mark the end of our wonderful tour, wishing you a great time on the rest of your journey.
