Take advantage of the best morocco desert trips and enjoy 3 days of travel in the heart of the Sahara desert. A route that takes us to the largest dunes of Merzouga desert, passing through the Atlas mountain, Ouarzazate, the oasis of green palm trees, the beautiful Kasbahs, the Berber villages, and Valleys, it is a good opportunity for those who love to Sleep in desert camps under the stars and watch the Berber folklore music. You will never be bored as you will be busy admiring one scene after another. The dramatic landscape change is amazing.
In the desert, you get to have that much anticipated camel ride to watch the sunset, one of the highlights of the day. Back at the desert camp, you will enjoy a delicious traditional meal. Round a camp fire, the day is brought to a close with nomad and Berber music. The peace and calm of the desert lull you to sleep as you reflect on the day ;s excitements. The next morning enjoy the spectacle of the sunrise from the top of the nearest dunes.
Day 1 : Ouarzazate - Ait ben Haddou - Dades
We will start your 3 days Ouarzazate desert tour with a pick up from Ouarzazate at 15h00 in front of Cinema Museum
if you like to visite the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it's a location for numerous movies such as Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator and the famous one is Game Of Thrones, and many more. at 11H00 we will arrange a taxi extra money 10€ per person to take you to the kasbah village Once there you wll join the group , you can enjoy a guided visit to explore the area with our local guide
After lunch in Ait Ben Haddou village, continue to Rose Valley and Dades via Ouarzazate through the Road of the thousand Kasbahs Arrive at evening, spend the night in a Hotel/Riad in Dades or Tinghir
Day 2 : Day 2: Tenghir - Todra Gorges - Erfoud - Camel Trek - Merzouga Dunes
After breakfast, depart for the Erg Chebbi Sahara Desert in Merzouga. Pass through the many Berber villages scattered along the way, including Todra Gorges, Tenghir, Tinjdad, Jorf, and Erfoud.
After relaxing in Merzouga, pack a small overnight bag to take on your camel trek across the Erg Chebbi sand dunes. Arrive at a traditional Berber camp, leave the camels and walk to the highest dunes to watch the sunset.
Spend the night in Berber nomad tents under the stars, listening to drum music in the middle of the Sahara.
Day 3 : Camel trek-Sunrise- Ouarzazate - Marrakech
After breakfast in the camp we'll start the last day of the Ouarzazate desert tour to Marrakech by taking a camel trek back to Merzouga town, and from there start our journey to Marrakech. We'll have some stops on the way before getting to Marrakech in the evening.
