Day 1: Marrakech - Atlas Mountains - Visit Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou - Dades
Your 4-day, 3-night desert trip from Marrakech to Fes will begin early in the morning. Get picked up at your accommodation or at the closest location that is accessible by car. A few stops will be made to take photos, enjoy the scenery and drink a cup of coffee. You will cross the famous Tizi-n-Tichka, see Berber villages and observe the radical change of the landscape. Continue to the fortified Berber village of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the setting for major Hollywood epics, including Lawrence of Arabia and Gladiator. Explore the village with a local guide for €2.50 per person. After lunch at a local cafe, continue to the Dades Valley, passing through Ouarzazate and Klaa Mgouna. Dinner and overnight at your hotel: Kasbah Safari Rose or similar
Day 2: Dades Valley – Monkey Fingers – Dades Canyon
After breakfast, enjoy a guided walking excursion in the heart of the Dades Valley. Discover the famous Monkey Fingers rock formations and explore breathtaking landscapes where lush green valleys meet dramatic mountain scenery.

Day 3: Dades – Todra Gorges – Tinjdad – Merzouga Dunes – Camel Trek
After breakfast, depart toward the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga. Travel through a series of traditional Berber villages, passing through Tinghir, Tinjdad, and Erfoud, and stop to explore the impressive Todra Gorges with a walk through the canyon accompanied by a local guide.
Along the way, visit a traditional local cooperative to learn about regional crafts and products. Continue your journey through the desert landscapes toward Merzouga.
Upon arrival, relax before preparing for your desert adventure. Pack a small overnight bag and begin your camel trek across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. Reach your traditional Berber desert camp in time to walk up the dunes and enjoy a breathtaking sunset.
In the evening, enjoy dinner and traditional drum music around the campfire. Spend the night in comfortable Berber nomad tents beneath a sky full of stars in the heart of the Sahara Desert
Day 4: Merzouga – Errachidia – Ifrane – Fes
Wake early to witness the magical sunrise over the golden dunes of the Sahara. After breakfast at the desert camp, ride your camel back to Merzouga where your driver will be waiting.
Begin your scenic journey north toward Fes, passing through the lush Ziz Valley and the town of Errachidia, famous for its palm oases and dramatic desert landscapes.
Travel through the Middle Atlas via Ifrane Imouzzar and stop in Azrou to see the famous Barbary macaques.
Arrive in the imperial city of Fes in the evening, where your unforgettable desert adventure comes to an end
