Pickup and drop-off are arranged from designated meeting points. If you are staying in a riad or accommodation inside the Medina, the nearest accessible meeting point will be provided, as some streets are not reachable by vehicle.
Pickup times vary by season and are confirmed shortly before departure:
- Winter: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Summer: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
