Begin cooking various dishes, learning techniques for peeling, chopping, and seasoning tagines with authentic spices, as passed down by Moroccan families. Depending on group size, you will prepare around six different dishes per session, offering a broad range of culinary skills.

Typical dishes include:

  • Beef with prunes tagine
  • Chicken with preserved lemon tagine
  • Vegetables tagine
