If traveling with oversized equipment (surfboards, golf bags, extra luggage), please notify us during checkout.
The local partner tracks all incoming flights; however, if your flight number changes, please inform us as soon as possible
Please note that some riads and accommodations in the Marrakech medina are not accessible by vehicle. In these cases, the driver will drop you off at the nearest possible point. You may need to walk for about 5 to 10 minutes with your luggage to reach your riad.
For all airport departures, pickup is generally scheduled 3 hours before your flight's departure time to ensure an on-time arrival.
If your accommodation is located outside Marrakech city center (beyond a radius of approximately 6 km), additional charges may apply.
