Description
Your chef will meet you in front of Andalusia Restaurant and suggest menu options while explaining the different ingredients used in Moroccan cuisine.
You will then visit an authentic Moroccan house in the Medina, where you will be welcomed with Moroccan tea, coffee, or juice and engage in conversation with the chef’s family. This offers an insight into the lifestyle of a typical Moroccan family.
The class begins with an introduction to Moroccan spices, including tips for selecting them at local souks. You will then prepare a starter (Moroccan salads or briwat), a main dish (tajines, couscous, or tanjya), and a traditional Moroccan dessert.
