Description
Escape Marrakech for an unforgettable 2-day Mount Toubkal trekking adventure to the highest peak in North Africa (4,167 m). This unique experience combines a challenging mountain trek with spectacular views of the High Atlas Mountains and, during the winter season, the opportunity to ski or slide on natural snow near the summit.
Your journey begins with an early morning transfer from Marrakech to the mountain village of Imlil, where you'll meet your professional mountain guide. Trek through traditional Berber villages, walnut forests, and scenic valleys before reaching the famous Toubkal Refuge. Enjoy a delicious Moroccan dinner and spend the night surrounded by breathtaking mountain landscapes.
On day two, start before sunrise for the summit ascent. Reach the top of Mount Toubkal and admire panoramic views stretching across the Atlas Mountains and, on clear days, toward the Sahara Desert. During the snowy season, experience the thrill of skiing or sliding on the mountain's natural snow before descending back to Imlil.
