Description
Day 1:
Our journey begins with a scenic transfer to Imlil, nestled in the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains. Setting off from Imlil (1740m), we traverse towards Tinerhourhine, passing through Tamatert. The trail leads us to the tranquil Tizi ‘n Tamatert pass (2279m), where we pause for a refreshing lunch with panoramic mountain views. Continuing onwards through Ouanesekra-Tamguist, we eventually arrive at Tinerhourhine (1600m), our resting place for the night in a cozy local gite. Approximate walking time: 4 hours.
Day 2:
Awakening in Tinerhourhine, we embark on a captivating journey along the lush Imnane Valley. Passing through the traditional Berber village of Ikkiss (1700m), we ascend to the picturesque Tizi n’Aguersioual pass (2000m). Amidst this breathtaking landscape, we enjoy a hearty lunch at Matate (2000m). Our day culminates in Aït Aïssa (1800m), where we settle in a welcoming local gite for the night. Approximate walking time: 4 to 5 hours.
Day 3:
Our final day unfolds with a scenic trek from Aït Aïssa towards Tizi Oussem (1900m). We ascend through the challenging Tizi Mzik pass (2400m), passing the charming village of Mzik before descending back to Imlil where we gonna have lunch. After our rewarding trek, we transfer back to Marrakech, where you will be dropped off at your hotel after a fulfilling adventure. Approximate walking time: 4 hours
