Description
Travel comfortably over three days with a local guide, spending two nights in a comfortable hotel while exploring Morocco's imperial cities.
Day 1: Marrakech – Casablanca – Rabat – Fez
Depart Marrakech and cross the Atlas Mountains, spotting baboons along the way. Visit Casablanca’s Hassan II Mosque, one of the world’s largest mosques, located by the sea. After lunch, explore Rabat’s highlights including the Oudayas Kasbah, Hassan Tower, Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Royal Palace. Continue through the Middle Atlas Mountains, arriving in Fez by evening to settle in your hotel.
Day 2: Fez – Chefchaouen
Begin with a guided tour of Fez’s ancient medina, visiting souks, palaces, mosques, Koranic schools, and the Mellah (old Jewish quarter). After lunch, travel through the Middle and Rif Atlas Mountains with stops for refreshments. Arrive in Chefchaouen by evening for a self-guided walk and overnight stay in a traditional riad.
Day 3: Chefchaouen – Marrakech
Take a guided morning tour of Chefchaouen’s blue streets and local landmarks. Enjoy lunch before departing for Marrakech, traveling back through the Rif and Middle Atlas Mountains with stops to rest. Arrive in Marrakech in the evening to conclude the tour.
