Description

Day 1: Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou – Draa Valley – Zagora

After pickup in Marrakech, travel to Zagora with a stop at Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified village and UNESCO World Heritage site inhabited by only five families. Then explore the Draa Valley, observing ksour (tribal fortified villages) and kasbahs (fortified homes of tribal rulers).

Arrive in Zagora to enjoy a 1-hour camel ride at sunset. The day concludes with dinner at the luxury desert camp featuring private toilet and shower facilities.

Day 2: Zagora – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

Start early to watch the sunrise over the dunes, followed by breakfast. Take a camel ride back to the starting point and return to Marrakech, stopping in Ouarzazate (the gateway to the desert) to visit Kasbah Taourirt, a citadel set against the Atlas Mountains. Final drop-off is in Marrakech.
