Description

Day 1: Marrakech → Ait Ben Haddou → Kelaa Valley Departure in the morning from your hotel/riad in Marrakech. Travel through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass with scenic stops for photos. Visit the famous UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a well-preserved fortified village used in many films. Continue to Ouarzazate for a short visit before heading to the Rose Valley and Dades area. Dinner and overnight stay in Kelaa M’Gouna hotel. Day 2: Kelaa → Todra Gorges → Merzouga (Sahara Desert Camp) After breakfast, continue through the Todra Valley and Tinghir oasis along the “Road of 1001 Kasbahs.” Stop at Todra Gorges to walk between the dramatic canyon cliffs and explore the palm groves. After lunch, continue towards Merzouga, passing desert landscapes and small Berber villages. In the late afternoon, meet your camel caravan and ride into the Erg Chebbi dunes to watch the sunset. Arrive at your desert camp for dinner, music, and overnight under the stars. Day 3: Merzouga → Draa Valley → Ouarzazate Wake up early to enjoy sunrise over the dunes. Return to Merzouga village by camel or 4x4. Journey continues across desert plateaus and the Anti-Atlas region, passing Nkob and the lush Draa Valley, known for its palm groves and ancient ksars. Arrive in Ouarzazate in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel. Day 4: Ouarzazate → Atlas Mountains → Marrakech Start the day with a visit to the Atlas Film Studios (optional stop depending on timing) and Taourirt Kasbah. Continue to Ait Ben Haddou. Drive back to Marrakech crossing the High Atlas Mountains with scenic breaks along the way. Arrival in Marrakech in the afternoon or evening. End of tour.

Night 1 Kelaa M'Gouna hotel, AC room & private bathroom. Night 2 private desert camp, Standard or Luxury (upgrade at checkout). Night 3 Ouarzazate hotel, AC room & private bathroom. Camel trek ~45–60 min each way; long trousers recommended. Walking alongside the caravan is available as an alternative (standard camp). Multiple stops for sightseeing, photos, rest & meals across mountains, valleys, kasbahs & desert. Luggage travels with you; pack essentials in a small overnight bag for camp.
