Begin your journey leaving Marrakech as the landscape shifts through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Stop in Berber villages to experience local hospitality before reaching Zagora, framed by palm groves and desert terrain.
On day two, travel deeper into the Sahara to Erg Chebbi dunes. Experience a camel trek across the sand as the sun sets, then settle into a traditional Berber desert camp for dinner, music, and stargazing far from city lights.
Wake early on day three to watch the sunrise over the dunes, as colors shift from gold to amber. After breakfast, return by road to Marrakech, completing your immersive desert experience with lasting memories.

- Warm blankets provided in winter; warm clothing recommended as temperatures may reach 0°C
- Day 3 drive from Merzouga desert to Marrakech is approximately 10 hours
- Prepare for a long journey on day 3 from Erg Chebbi to Marrakech
- Sandboards are available at the lodge for use in the dunes—ask if you want to try sandboarding
