Day 1: Marrakech - Atlas Mountains - Ait Benhaddou - Dades Valley Departure from the hotel in Marrakech towards the old village of Ait Benhadou. On your way there you will pass through the wonderful Tichka pass, which is the highest road pass in Morocco. After visiting and having lunch in the famous village of Ait Benhadou, you will drive through the Rose Valley and head to the Dadès Gorges. This is where you will spend your first night, staying in a hotel with dinner and breakfast included. Day 2: Dades Valley - Todgha Gorge - Merzouga desert Today you will drive toward the desert of Erg Chebbi, the most beautiful dunes of Morocco. You will pass through the Todra Gorge, the tallest gorge in Morocco, as well as some Berber villages. You will have lunch in the middle of the trail, before heading onward to the dunes. As you arrive close to the dunes, you will be able to take some time to rest and change your clothes in a nice hotel, and can even have a cup of mint tea before riding your camels over the dunes. You will also take some time for a sunset pause on the way to the camp. A charming and romantic dinner will be served by your nomadic family, and you can enjoy the desert view of the stars before you go to bed. Day 3: Erg Chebbi Dunes - Rissani - Atlas Mountains - Marrakech Witness a breathtaking sunrise over the vast Sahara Desert before riding camels back to Zagora. Depart for Rissani, a bustling desert town known for its vibrant markets and historical significance. Continue your journey through the Atlas Mountains, stopping at panoramic viewpoints. Arrive back in Marrakech in the evening around 8 pm. Drop off at Jamaa El Fna square where your memorable 3-day desert adventure ends.
