Description

Join a small group tour to explore the Sahara Desert and its stunning Erg Chebbi dunes. Experience the thrill of riding a camel as you journey across the sandy terrain and witness the breathtaking sunset. Additionally, embark on a scenic drive through the winding roads of the Middle Atlas Mountains and discover more fascinating sights along the way. Day 1: Fes - Ifrane - Midelt - Merzouga : For Fes desert tours 2 days, you will be picked up at 7:30 am from your hotel/riad or agt the nearest accessable place for the transport from your accommodation. We will travel from Fez to Merzouga desert, but this won't be an ordinary drive. We will make several enjoyable stops along the way. First, we will stop at Ifrane, an alpine-style town with ski slopes. Next, we will visit the cedar forests located in Morocco's Middle Atlas Mountains to observe and feed the Barbary Monkey. After that, we will move on to the popular pitstop of Midelt for lunch. Then, we will continue through the lush green Ziz Valley and make our final stop in Erfoud. Upon arrival in Merzouga, you will transfer to the hotel to store your luggage. The camels will be waiting for you for a camel trekking experience (around 45 minutes) to enjoy the sunset on camelback and head to the nomad tents for dinner under the starry sky -- overnight desert camp -- Day 2: Merzouga - Rissani - Midelt - Ifrane - Fes : Rise early and take a walk across the dunes to witness the sunrise from a location just behind the Algerian border, approximately 50 kilometers away from Merzouga. Before heading back to Fez, we will visit the dramatic Ziz Valley. We'll take a lunch break. Finally, at the end of the Fez desert tours 2 days, we'll drop you off at your hotel/riad in Fez or at nearest accessable point for the transport from your accommodation.
