A few weeks ago, on a short trip to Marrakesh, we found this gem of a restaurant, looking for a lunch spot, and it exceeded our expectations by far. We chose from the set lunch menu and were pleasantly surprised by a black risotto amuse bouche, followed by a creamy, pillow soft, potato and egg starter. The main was the most delicately cooked and favoured red mullet in a vegetable puree. The flavour and texture combinations, along with the delicate touch of fresh herb leaves and flowers made these dishes outstanding. Everything is served in earthy carved stone dishes that complimented the restaurant decor. Dessert was an equally exquisite combination of a chocolate and orange mousse, light pastry lattice and a basil finish that created a uniquely beautiful flavour sensation. The staff were very attentive and focused on making sure we were served well. Much respect and gratitude to the chef! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone with a refined palette wanting a quality cuisine experience.
I am a picky person when it comes to food and even more when it comes to seafood… a foodie at heart… wow! I’ve never been so shocked by what I was served tonight!!! DELICIOUS! Big thank you to Chef Felix and Sous-chef Fatna for a wonderful meal and the whole team for an amazing service !!!!
