I really enjoyed my experience here. The food was good and the atmosphere was beautiful, especially if you enjoy taking pictures because the place is really photogenic. I had read some comments about the service being slow, but honestly, that wasn’t my experience at all. The service was quick, the staff were friendly, smiling, and clearly working hard. The place is comfortable and has a nice vibe. Definitely worth trying! ✨
Such a beautifully decorated place and great atmosphere. The waiters were so nice and helpful both times we went and one even joked around with us. They were open to suggestions when I came to switching some things out if you were getting the set breakfast meals which was very accommodating of them.
Beautiful restaurant, but unfortunately the service really lets it down. There are plenty of servers, yet it’s almost impossible to get anything. We had to ask multiple people for simple things like ketchup, and it only arrived after we had finished eating. The staff also weren’t very helpful or welcoming. Asking for recommendations just got us an “everything is good” response, which wasn’t helpful at all. The food was okayish nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. The pizza was average, and the sandwich was well filled, although the bread tasted a bit cold and chewy. Overall, the place looks great, but the poor service made the experience disappointing.
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. This was my third time visiting Marrakech — I’ve been here in 2024, 2025, and now again in 2026 — and I honestly cannot believe I only discovered this place now. After experiencing it, I genuinely regret not finding it during my previous trips. We visited as a family and truly enjoyed our time here. The dishes we ordered were incredibly delicious, full of flavor, and prepared with great quality. The menu is also very rich with a wide variety of options. What impressed us the most was the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was extremely welcoming, smiling, attentive, and understanding throughout the entire evening. The cleanliness was also outstanding. The tables, dining area, and especially the restrooms were spotless, which made the experience even more comfortable. Another important detail is that the restaurant holds ISO 22000 food safety and quality certifications, which clearly reflects how seriously they take hygiene and food standards. The location is also very convenient in the Guéliz area, and Jamaa El Fna is only around a 15-minute walk away. If you are looking for delicious food, excellent service, and a clean, comfortable atmosphere in Marrakech, this place is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended — we will gladly come back again.
We had dinner Saturday evening here, food was glorious, a delight of flavours. The waiting staff were excellent and even though it was crazy busy we experienced a truly exceptional, professional, friendly service. I would highly recommend this restaurant on your 'must do, list when visiting Marrakesh!
