An absolutely wonderful experience. My wife and I opted for the hamman and serenity massage. Both were fantastic. We arrived an hour before our first treatment to enjoy the pools, one warm, one (outside) cool. Staff were on hand to guide us through the process, and around the complex (which was labyrinthian), with plenty of mint tea and bottles of water to keep us hydrated. We opted to take our treatments together in our private rooms. The ladies providing the treatments were very professional and skilled. The serenity massage was unforgettable and left us both unbelievably relaxed! A must if you have the time in Marrakech.
I had a wonderful experience at this hammam and massage spa. I visited with my mother, who doesn’t speak French or English, and the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming throughout our visit. They made sure she felt comfortable and cared for, which we really appreciated. The hammam treatment and massage were both excellent—professional, relaxing, and carried out with great attention to detail. The entire facility was sparkling clean and beautifully maintained, creating a very calm and peaceful atmosphere. At the end of our visit, I purchased some of their argan oil, black soap, and air freshener to take home, which was a lovely way to remember the experience. Thank you to the whole team for your warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone visiting Marrakech and would happily return.
My wife and I booked their Signature 2 treatment and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had to date. The Spa itself is very clean, serene, and conducive for total relaxation. The therapeutic sessions were nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend this hidden gem!
Heaven! Everythifn runs so smoothly in a clean nd comfortable facility. Everyone was so nice and professional. The treatments were awesome. They make you feel pampered. They give you a disposable underwear but bring your own swimwear and so on. Incredible experience.
First time in Marrakech and I booked Les bains de Marrakech about 5 days in advance and it was definitely worth it. We went for the 3 hour three treatment option. Hammam, massage and facial all of which were amazing. The treatments are staggered and there is some relaxation time in the middle too which is nice. The place is very stylish and is located just to the right of the Bab Agnou.
