Best Riad hands down! i feel terrible that i dont remeber their names .let me start by category Staff;OUTSTANDING customer service.My daughters were joining us from Myorka.They were arriving after midnight.a getleman mybe his name was mohammed,stayed back after his shift so he can receive my daughters from market when we rrive from airport.The flight was delayed and the poor man stayed awake till 2 am.The reception,room service,house keepingwas all superb! Rooms;we had booked a suite and it was very spacious.I highly recommend a suite!Book early as they get sold out quickly,we had to modify our dates. Location;Great ,Great location! right in the middle of the market and pretty much walking distance to main attractions. Breakfast;it was ok but they could do better,for that i wont take anything away from Door Jana !Thank you Door jana staff,we will be back
A beautiful and clean establishment with phenomenally helpful and kind staff. We had such great time chatting with and getting to know Yessine who told us so much about this beautiful city. The rooms and the common areas are as clean as they can get. Breakfast is fantastic. Location is great, because it’s within 20-25 minute walking distance to most areas of interest within Medina while peripheral enough that you can easily access taxis for airport access and excursions outside of Medina. We would 100% stay there again.
My friend and I stayed in Door Janna for 4D3N and loved our experience there. The Riad is located within the Medina, so stores are easily accessible. The staff, Yassine, also went out of his way numerous times to care for us when one of us had a scratched finger. He kept a lookout for me to ensure I was safe when I was feeding the kittens right outside the riad. When I had my finger scratched, he was quick to bring a first aid kit to attend to it. Never have I felt so grateful for a staff’s help. The other staff (lady in glasses) who prepares our breakfast every morning also made our day a memorable one. She knew I was unwell one of the days and checked in on me when I went to the rooftop for my breakfast the next. I do not regret booking this accommodation at all, and in fact, this is the only riad I will return to when I am back in Marrakech. A big thank you to the staff who have been working tirelessly to ensure guests are satisfied with their stay!

Door Janna is indeed a beautiful and truly comfortable riad. From the moment we stepped inside, the riad felt like a peaceful oasis. The architecture and décor were stunning, with thoughtful details at every turn, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quiet, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Marrakech. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help, adding a personal touch that made the stay feel special. Door Janna is centrally located inside the medina with short walks to the bustling souks. This riad was a perfect blend of beauty, comfort, and hospitality, and we left with wonderful memories.
