The ambience, staff, service and the room everything was on point felt like a luxury vacation in less price. I went there with my partner from UK. We also did the hammam and massage service that they offer it was amazing definately everyone should try it once atleast in morocco. The staff was kind and polite, literally have nothing bad to say about the stay. The guy yusaf he helped us with the places to visit in marrakech. Loved the stay overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The star of Riad Ksar Saad is undoubtedly the staff. Warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make your stay memorable, a special mention is deserved — they truly go the extra mile. One practical tip that cannot be overstated: do not attempt to find the riad alone on your first arrival. Taxis cannot reach the entrance, and the last 200 meters wind through a very local, no-frills market that can feel a little disorienting and even uncomfortable for first time visitors to Morocco: narrow passages, many motorbikes, locals going about their day, nothing touristy about it. On arrival with luggage it would have been stressful for many. The good news: the staff will come and meet you. Take them up on it without hesitation. On the flip side, a few things could be improved. Breakfast, while fine, was quite the same every day with little variation, good for 2 times, 3 days max,’z. And free water was limited to just one bottle per stay: both felt a little short for the price. We also found the taxi fare from/to the airport high at 385 dirhams, especially after finding out that to the airport you can get a price with local taxi drivers for 100 to 120 dirhams: worth arranging alternatives in advance. Overall score: 7/10. A nice “Moroccan” 4 star Riad that for many travelers will feel like 3 star at most. But the staff…. Keep them all!!! +++ + staff pick up for last 200 meters + bed and linen + bath towels + WiFi + complimentary mint tea + design and building + airconditioning + staff! - - - - 1 bottle of water per person per stay - lack of breakfast variation, same melted cheese, same melon, same marmalade, same juice, same bread, only cake variation - last 200 meters from taxi to Riad - no pool (only feet bath) - no TV (should you want one) - no tea / coffee making facilities
We spent 4 nights here and loved it. The riad is located in a quiet area. It is lovely decorated. The service was fantastic, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accomodate our needs. We were lucky to have the room on the top floor, which opened directly to the rooftop and had a window. It was also very quiet because it was away from the other rooms. The only thing was that the room was a bit damp despite the window and our towels etc wouldn't dry properly, but we managed that by keeping the window open at all times (which was possible because it had a grid).
Loved everything about this Riad! We received a heart warming welcome with mint tea and biscuits! Our room was very cosy and clean. The bathroom was very nice, spacious and clean as well. The room had an AC; power outlets, hair dryer, they gave us an iron as well. The bathroom had the usual amenities. The main hall was beautifully decorated, well lit. The rooftop is beautiful with sun loungers and tables and chairs. We had breakfast at the rooftop every day. The breakfast was amazing. We also use the spa service. Great massage and good service but not the best set up. I was expecting a better and nice bath area. The people who work there were so lovely, kind and helpful! Would highly recommend for a couple or a family or friends holiday!
