For airport pickup, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, with a sign bearing your name. If your flight is delayed, the driver will wait for you until you arrive. You are then taken to your hotel. If your accommodation is a riad or inn in the Medina, then transportation is provided to the closest accessible point to your accommodation, as the narrow streets of the Medina are not accessible to vehicles. For transfers to the airport, the driver will pick you up at your hotel and make sure you arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight's departure time.

Important Information

• Please contact the local operator 48 hours before departure to arrange the exact pick-up time. If your accommodation is a riad or inn in the medina, the pickup and drop-off point will be the closest accessible point to your accommodation, as the narrow streets of the medina are not accessible to vehicles. For hotels and riads located far from the city center, there is a supplement to be paid on the day of service. For hotels located more than 5 km from the city center, the supplement is 10 EUR. For hotels more than 15 km from the city center, the supplement is 20 euros. If you are picked up at the airport, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. If you are traveling to the airport, the driver will pick you up at your hotel at a time that ensures you arrive at the airport 2 hours before your departure time.
