Description

After meeting you at an agreed meeting point or at your accommodation in Marrakech, our hospitable team will be happy to take you on this excursion to discover the hidden gems of the rocky Agafay Desert. Located a few kilometers from Marrakech at the foot of the Atlas mountain range and with its stony hills in the form of dunes, its desert atmosphere and its landscapes rich in diversity, Agafay is an unmissable rugged place to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. After a 35-minute drive, you will arrive at a local camp in Agafay where our team will be waiting for you with Moroccan Tea before meeting your quad guide to give you a brief explanation of the use of the bike then jump with your travel companion on your quad bike for 40mins adventure to get your adrenaline pumping. You’ll ride in a large group—great for a lively, social vibe. For safety, high speed and drifting are not allowed but you can switch driving roles during the ride — each person gets to drive for about 20 minutes. You then take your free time to stroll around and enjoy the romantic sunset then join the restaurant for an irresistible three-course meal prepared and served by locals. Afterwards, join the bonfire for a local Berber music performance performed by the talented camp staff with an invitation to get involved in the dance circle followed by fire show before driving back to Marrakech. Additionally, the camp features a swimming pool, which costs an extra payable in cash at the spot, if you are interested in swimming. Notes: 1: Agafay is a stoney desert not sandy but has an atmosphere of the real desert 2: Dinner is usually served after sunset. 3: Departure time is subject to change depending on the number of the participants 3: It's very important to us to provide your phone number so we can Whatsapp you any updated informations or changes. 4: The weather is very hot in summer and very cold in winter 5: You can upgrade for Camel ride(€8 for about 20mins ride) at the spot 6: On our way, we will stop at an argan oil cooperative owned by local ladies to discover this popular Moroccan product, have a cup of tea and use the toilet if necessary. 7: Each pair of travel companions will share a quad, but if, for example, there is an odd number of travelers, one person will be assigned single quad. The person riding solo will need to pay an additional 100DH (€10) due to the extra space.
