Embark on an unforgettable 4-day journey across Morocco, traveling between Tangier and Marrakech — in either direction — and discover the diverse beauty, culture, and landscapes of this captivating country. Whether you start in the vibrant coastal city of Tangier or the bustling heart of Marrakech, this tour offers a perfect blend of historic cities, majestic mountains, vast desert, and charming villages. If you begin in Tangier, your adventure starts with a scenic drive to the magical Blue City of Chefchaouen, nestled in the Rif Mountains. Enjoy free time to explore its iconic blue-washed streets before continuing to Fes for dinner and overnight in a traditional riad. The next day, set off early toward the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing through Ifrane and the cedar forests of Azrou, where you may spot wild monkeys. Stop for lunch in Midelt before continuing through the stunning Ziz Valley and arriving in Merzouga, at the edge of the Sahara. Experience a sunset camel ride across the Erg Chebbi dunes and spend the night in a desert camp under a blanket of stars. On Day 3, after a breathtaking sunrise and breakfast in the camp, journey through the dramatic Todra Gorges and the Dades Valley, continuing along the famous Road of a Thousand Kasbahs. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou before spending the night in Ouarzazate, Morocco’s cinema capital. On the final day, travel over the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi-n-Tichka Pass, enjoying spectacular views before arriving in colorful Marrakech in the late afternoon. For those starting in Marrakech and traveling in the reverse direction to Tangier, your tour begins with a scenic drive through the High Atlas Mountains, visiting Ait Ben Haddou and the beautiful Dades Valley on Day 1. Continue through Todra Gorges and Rissani on Day 2, before reaching Merzouga for a magical camel ride and overnight stay in a desert camp. On Day 3, head north through the Ziz Valley and Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping in Midelt and Ifrane before arriving in Fes. On the final day, journey to the stunning Chefchaouen for free time to explore from Fes, then continue to Tangier for drop-off in the early evening.
