Amazing rooftop with a great atmosphere and beautiful views. The food and drinks were excellent, but what made our experience truly special was the service. Our waiter, Zine EL Abidine, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and sociable. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and was always smiling and attentive. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality – we will definitely come back and highly recommend this place!
We had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, the view was absolutely beautiful, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Zein , who was so friendly, attentive, and made our visit even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant!
We went there for dinner and received excellent service. It was our first experience with Moroccan food, and it was incredible—and the service was outstanding, too!
After attending the local sights we were starving and ended up caving for one of the more “tourist-y” spots. The service was friendly, and it was a nice view of the spot. The food however was shocking, and potentially the worst we experienced from our stay. My burger tasted like McDonald’s (and this was the favorable meal of the pair my partner and I ordered), and my girlfriend’s pasta tasted like it had had a garlic waved over it and an onion in the same room as it at some point. Our meals were 140 dirham each. I wouldn’t have minded this if we had paid a half this amount, but this felt like blatant robbery. We both left feeling extremely disappointed, and an urge to warn others of our experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
We ended up here by chance after getting a bit lost at lunchtime on a cold, rainy day in Marrakech. The restaurant is a small corner place and quite cozy inside. We were the only guests, probably because it was off-peak. We ordered a chicken tagine with lemon (tagine poulet au citron). Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The portion was very small, the chicken had far more bones than meat, and overall it didn’t justify the price at all. At over 100 dirhams, this felt more like upmarket hotel pricing, but the quality didn’t match. My partner had a vegetable and lentil soup (I believe it was harira). Sadly, it was very watery and thin, lacking the rich, chunky texture you would normally expect. It felt quite sad rather than comforting. In total we paid around 250 dirhams for two people, which is expensive for what we received. On the positive side, the waiter was a sweet young guy. We had some friendly banter and even chatted a bit about the Arabic language, which was genuinely nice and welcoming. Overall, while the service was pleasant, the food quality and value for money were poor. Sadly, not a place we would recommend or return to.
