⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After one of the most unforgettable moments of our lives—our marriage proposal—we had the pleasure of celebrating at Morimoto Fairmont Taghazout Bay, and it was the perfect ending to a magical evening. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elegant, peaceful, and truly special. The atmosphere, the beautiful terrace, the refined décor, and the breathtaking surroundings created the perfect setting to celebrate such an important occasion. The food was simply outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and full of delicate flavors. It was clear that every plate was prepared with passion and precision. The entire dining experience reflected the highest standards of fine dining. The service was equally exceptional. The team was attentive, discreet, warm, and genuinely committed to making our evening perfect without ever being intrusive. They made us feel incredibly welcome throughout the entire dinner. This dinner was the final chapter of a proposal that had been carefully planned together with the incredible Fairmont team, and Morimoto delivered an experience that exceeded every expectation. It wasn’t just a meal—it became part of a memory that my fiancée and I will treasure for the rest of our lives. The 5 star reviews are completely justified. Service was exemplary and attentive but not intrusive. We had a selection of rolls and gyozu to start and all were fantastic. Mains of Black cod, lobster risotto and chicken were equally as good. Finished with the house signature deserts (Smashme and the chocolate sphere) and both were a worthy end to the meal. We went on Saturday night and a DJ was playing some great chilled music that really enhances the atmosphere. Overall, as good as any of the better known Japanese restaurants I have visited across Europe. 5 stars all day long.
Amazing meal at Morimoto (the stand out restaurant at Fairmont Tagazout - though all are good). The food is incredible - as good as anything we had in Japan. With a backing track of smooth beats delivered by a live DJ this place just rocks. Mohammed and Faisal looked after us amazingly.
Top quality restaurant. All the dishes were very good but the sashimi was over the top, I had it so good sashimi only in Japan. Each piece was very tick and good selection of variety from the chef. The dessert is very big so i suggest to share. Tye price is higher than 500+ more like a 1000+ but is very much worth it.
I had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant yesterday and for someone who loves to visits restaurants, this was by far the best restaurant I have been too, from the experience to the amazing food and staff members. Great food 10/10 cooked so well, I can’t wait to come back and try more options from the menu. Want to thank a lady called Fatima Zahra who hosted us the evening made sure to look after us and had great customer service, very welcoming lady she is and made sure we received anything we needed. Overall amazing establishment I did not expect anything less. Thank you
