Among all the restaurant stalls here i trusted this one from all the reviews i read online. They have fixed price on the menu of everything. You can modified your order and how you want to cook it. My best advice is deep fried, or a la plancha (with garlic and cilantro) their seafoods are fresh, there’s no hint of sea smell due to the freshness and cleanliness. Oysters were juicy and have a lot of sweetness to it. The sole fish is my favorite to be deep fried. Calamari was so soft not chewy at all. I recommend this restaurant if you ever visited Central Market.
