We came to Sofitel Hôtel "Palais Darkum" this evening and had such a lovely experience thanks to the beautiful setting. Oussama took care of us and was genuinely kind, professional, and very pleasant the whole time 🙏🏼🤍 We would definitely come back!
Youssef was a perfect host on our arrival and we started the holiday with drinks on the terrace while we waited for our room.
We dropped into the hotel while strolling by, for a quick break. A couple of drinks while lounging in the Palais Darkum was just what we needed to revitalise ourselves. The service was unobtrusive and efficient.
