Without a doubt, the best stay you can have in Marrakech. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to help us in every possible way. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakech.
Great spot. We stayed in a suite here for four nights in Marrakech. Room was clean, nice, and modern in the ways you’d like one to be. Staff was very friendly and helpful in learning the area when we first arrived, and facilitated other little odds and ends throughout our stay. Also very conveniently located. Would highly recommend.
It was such a pleasant stay. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and have everything you need. The location is quiet even though it’s very close to busy streets. And they have a local cat Bagheera who accompanies you at breakfast all the time! On the other hand, my husband keeps calling me Princess Zoraida since then and I can’t make him stop.
The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, quiet, and absolutely beautiful — but what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding team. Exceptionally efficient, genuinely courteous, and always warm and welcoming. A very special thank-you to the staff who went above and beyond on a rainy day to help us get a taxi in Seville. One of the team members even walked our luggage by foot to a nearby taxi stand to ensure we could reach our destination on time. We could not have managed it without this thoughtful and invaluable assistance.
Everything was absolutely stunning! 😍 Riad Zoraida is absolutely beautiful and it has peaceful atmosphere - really appreciated after full day in the noisy streets of Marrakech. They have beautiful rooms, spa, delicious breakfas and the best staff! And the location is just amazing - only 5 minutes from famous Bahia Palace and directly in Medina. Thank you so much for making our stay so special 😍
