Great service!! Highly recommend. Felt spotless after the Hammam and the massage was really relaxing. Both ladies I had were great and friendly. Even though the communication was a barrier they were understanding and tried their best to speak in English and explain.
Really wonderful and relaxing service. The staff truly make this experience all the more special. I had booked a Hammam and massage, both were great! The driver Youssef who both collected us and dropped us off safely to our riad was very kind and professional, made us feel safe and welcome before we even entered the spa. We were then greeted by Ibrahim whose smile lit up the room and was very accommodating and polite. He explained everything we needed to know kindly and with a bright smile and energy. The lady who did the hammam was Rita, and she will definitely be remembered for her kindness and exceptional service. Regardless of our language barrier, she was able to make sure we were comfortable throughout the whole session. Rita was very considerate and sweet, and I am beyond grateful for meeting her ☺️ Afterwards we were brought to two ladies : Valerie and Amy. Both of them did a very satisfying job with the massage and checked up on us throughout the massage too. At the very end Miriam brought us some tea and Moroccan treats. She was lovely and bubbly, a pleasure to meet. I enjoyed the treatments I received here, the place is clean and remote. Overall as you can see, the staff really go an extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable, which is very much appreciated and makes the whole experience feel worth it!

this place is a sanctuary! The spa is spotlessly clean, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I received a warm welcome by Ibrahim, francois the massage from nadia and khaula their value for the quality of service is unmatched. The therapist was highly professional and skilled. I walked in feeling stressed and tight, and walked out feeling like jello in the best way possible. If you’re looking for a top-tier massage without the inflated resort prices, this is your spot! In the end tea was fantastic! Value for money, treatment, care.❤️❤️❤️👌🏻
The spa offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff are professional, friendly, and very attentive to your needs. Treatments are high quality and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.The space is clean, beautifully designed, and well maintained.Overall, it’s a perfect place to unwind and I would definitely recommend it.
