We popped into Les Bains Du Lotus Perle randomly after wandering around the souks in the Medina. My masseuse Hasna gave me the best massage. She was very kind and accommodating. I requested a hard and deep back massage because I have so many knots and Hasna came through- I felt so comfortable and pain free after the massage and I appreciate the effort she took to focus on my problem areas. Genuinely the best massage I’ve ever had. My cousin had her massage done by Majda! She said Majda was very thorough, attentive and just amazing- we will definitely be coming back. The mint tea was fabulous:)
We did the authentic Moroccan hammam with 50 mins of relaxing message! The whole experience was great! And up to the expectation! The exfoliation was really impressing and Baraka was really good at it ( she does not speak much of English but we managed to communicate and it didn’t affect the quality of the hamam) Then the message was perfect! Najat who did it for me was very gentle and checking on me in a very calm voice to not disturb the experience! She has the perfect hands for messaging and used the appropriate pressure for me! We used the amber oil which smelled very nice and calming and the music was calming as well! wanted it to last for ever— thanks again Najat for this! Overall, it really worths the money!
Such a wonderful experience. The Hammam was amazing, the ladies were all so kind and cute, always asked if we’re ok. Water and tea after treatment, lovely and calm vibe. Great massage and service. Definitely recommend ✨
I had a Hammam and 90-minute massage at Les Bains du Lotus yesterday, and overall the experience showed real quality and a lot of potential. The Hammam itself was excellent beautifully done and led by a very kind and professional lady. The massage technique was fantastic, genuinely one of the highlights. The therapist (Oumaima) clearly knows what she’s doing, and the treatment itself was exactly what I was hoping for. Where the experience fell short for me was more in the overall operation and atmosphere between treatments, rather than the treatments themselves. The relaxation area around the pool didn’t feel truly relaxing. There were groups of 3–4 staff members standing together, talking at normal volume, and frequently passing by. I’m not sure if they were waiting for clients or for tea service to finish, but the constant presence and noise made it hard to unwind. The space felt crowded and a bit noisy, which dimmed the otherwise peaceful intention of the area. For the massage, while the technique was excellent, the room itself could be much more cozy. The lighting was quite bright (not dimmed at all), there was no relaxing scent (nothing unpleasant just missing that spa atmosphere), and voices from the reception and staff talking outside the room were clearly audible. Sound travels easily, and it takes away from the sense of escape and calm. In my opinion, staff and guests should be encouraged to speak more softly throughout the space. I truly want to emphasize that the Hammam experience and massage technique were perfect, which is why I believe this place has insane potential. With more attention to details like lighting, scent, sound control, and reducing staff clustering in relaxation areas, Les Bains du Lotus could easily become an outstanding spa experience. I hope this feedback is taken in the constructive spirit it’s intended, the foundation is already excellent, and a few thoughtful adjustments could make it exceptional.

The lady who took care of my Traditional Hammam ritual, Fatima Zahra, was truly exceptional. She made me feel comfortable, pampered, and completely taken care of from the very first moment. Honestly, the whole team was wonderful. The experience even started with a refreshing detox juice (if someone could remind me of the ingredients, I would love to know! 🧃), and everything after that was pure relaxation and bliss. I would absolutely return on my next trip to Marrakech — this place is a true sanctuary. If you’re looking for a moment of peace, beauty, and authentic Moroccan care, this is where you’ll find it.
