Absolutely gorgeous, so Moroccan! my daughter and I loved it. Staff so friendly, we had massage here at the riad too which was lovely. Breakfast was such a feast, served not too early. Coffee is so nice and no extra cost, tea was lovely too but we are coffee drinkers. Mohammad saved us as our balloon trip we booked on line let us down and he arranged one for us the next day. Yahia so kind and helpful, always smiling and nothing ever too much. Felt so safe with my girl, I could leave her in the riad and go for a wonder when she didn’t want to come. Morocco has a special place in my heart, going on holidays here with late fiancé years ago brought back so many happy memories. I thank riad Zinoun from the bottom of my heart for a holiday that will stay with us forever. Truly a unique please that I recommend to anyone. Try the terrace so beautiful!!
We stayed here in a recent visit to Marrakech in May 2026, the location is in the heart of the city. All staff were super welcoming, Ahmed and Yahya ensured our stay was comfortable and helped us book our excursions. The breakfast is traditional and very tasty.
We stayed at Riad Zinon for three nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. They were also accommodating with our early departure, serving us breakfast at 6:20, which we appreciated. However, for the price we paid, we expected more. The riad could have been cleaner and better organized, the lobby looked a bit messy, with items like water bottles left in corners, and the rooms lacked basic storage such as hooks or shelves. The bathroom also could have been cleaner. If you’re looking for a budget, two-star-style stay, it may fit the purpose, but given the cost, our expectations were higher
My family and I recently visited the Riad, and we absolutely loved it! We had a very pleasant stay thanks to the helpful, friendly, and competent team. The Riad offers a variety of great packages, including trips to Agafay, the Sahara, and more. Mohammed and the other receptionists were especially kind, they helped us plan our activities and introduced us to many wonderful attractions in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and offered us tea, which was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how customer-oriented the Riad is at first glance. (More to come of course) We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!
Great location right in the middle of the old markets. And close to two palaces (a great recommendation from our host Mohammad). The place is a very beautiful traditional riad (a family home) with multiple levels and a beautiful rooftop. The breakfast served was very fresh and delicious. And the bedroom was comfortable and clean with aircon 🙌 Best of all was the service. The host and the owner Zinoun were very kind and catered to all our needs. Don’t listen to negative reviews on here, I can’t understand why they gave them. It’s not a luxury villa with pool that will cost you €300 per night. For €100 per night, we got an authentic, clean and comfortable room, in a great location and great service. We had the best time in Marrakech exploring the market laneways and this was the best place for it! Thanks for having us!
