We stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. Waleed and the rest of the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The space was beautiful, and while our room was small, it was very comfortable and clean. We honestly loved relaxing in the communal spaces like the rooftop or the courtyard. The location is also great, being a short walk to the medina and souks. We wish we could've spent longer here.
Our stay at Riad Nelia was truly exceptional and one of the highlights of our trip to Marrakesh. The riad is absolutely stunning, an elegant and peaceful oasis hidden within the medina, beautifully designed with a luxurious yet authentic atmosphere. We loved dining on the gorgeous rooftop terrace, where the food was consistently delicious and the setting magical, especially in the evenings. The cooking class was a wonderful experience, fun, interactive, and a fantastic introduction to Moroccan cuisine. The Arabian Dream Spa Package, including the traditional Berber hammam and massage, was incredibly relaxing and deeply rejuvenating. A special mention must go to Amin, whose kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality truly elevated our stay, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect from start to finish. A truly special riad combining luxury, authenticity, and outstanding service. We would not hesitate to return.
I’ve visited in lots of different cities and hotels but this riad has another level of hospitality. The atmosphere is welcoming from the very beginning you enter even though is pretty near the center of the Medina of Marrakech inside there’s a calmness. Everyone working there is extremely well trained and eager to help you and friendly as well. Especially Mohamed was excellent at his job. My friends and I did also a traditional hammam at their spa they have and it was more than amazing thanks to Attika. Definitely going to visit again. The room and the Riad are exactly like in the photos!
We stayed for 5 nights here, what a fantastic place and location. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and happy to go above and beyond for us. We had hamam and massage which was amazing experience, we had cooking class with Hamza, couldn't have asked for a better host with him. He made the cooking class extra special. Walid made sure we had everything we needed and packages booked we wanted to do. He gave us all the information we needed on the area and where to go, as did Hamza (his personal spice shopping spot) the room was very nice but it's the staff make this Riad somewhere special to stay
Spent 3 nights here with a group of friends. We were so well looked after and had a very memorable stay. Samir, Waleed, Mohammed and all the team treated us like royalty! I loved the rooftop breakfasts, the powerful shower, spa quality toiletries and would highly recommend the Maghrib Sweetness Hamman package! I felt completely rejuvenated afterwards 😊 My friends took part in the cookery school and loved it. The Riad was close to many sites we wanted to visit and surrounded by rooftop restaurants and bars all within walking distance.
