Very relaxing experience! 5 stars for the quality of massage, staff and atmosphere.
Absolutely beautiful Riad and styling but the 'Extreme Anti- aging facial' was a huge and over priced disappointment. The actual treatment was very basic, as a therapist with 20+ years experience I'm not sure what made this treatment "anti-aging" no lymph drainage, no scuplting or advanced massage, in fact no massage of neck and chest at all.... not even a proper cleanse or any face cream... We were not offered any water or refreshments on a arrival, I had to ask. The treatment was advertised as 55 minutes, but we were left waiting for 15 - 20 mins which reduced pur treatment time by almost half. The therapists left us for a further 10- 15 minutes during the treatment while the mask was on, leaving us with a max of 20 mins actual hands on time. The manager was apologetic and offered us a discount however when we paid we realised she only gave us €10 off the full price, which really is the bare minimum.Wheb we realised this, she was already gone. What a shame, this place has the potential to be very special but was a let down. I won't be back
