I recently stayed at Angsana Heritage Collection – Si Said Riad and had a fantastic experience. A special mention to Ahmed on reception, who was incredibly helpful and informative throughout our stay. He provided excellent advice on where to visit and how to get around safely, which really enhanced our trip. Another standout was Azeez, who served us breakfast every morning with a warm welcome and a smile. His friendly and attentive service was a wonderful way to start each day. The riad itself was immaculate, well-equipped, and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, a peaceful roof terrace, and a lovely plunge pool to relax in after exploring the city. All of the staff were superb, but Ahmed and Azeez truly went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended – we would not hesitate to stay here again!
Beautiful design with great service by the staff. Private and homely. Short distance to the souks and square. We liked the privacy of not staying at the main riad, but found it a little inconvenient to have to move between riads for breakfast and the pool which was often full.
Excellent Riad. Our room was both extremely comfortable and beautiful. The spaces were serene. The pastries they provided were delicious. Service was exceptional with the only caveat being the airport pickup was not there. The spa was amazing - really great massage and hammam, cannot recommend it highly enough. Would definitely stay here again
Had a wonderful week at the Angsana Riad Marrakech. The riad is beautiful — stunning carved plasterwork, mosaic tilework, and a gorgeous central courtyard that you never want to leave. The real standout though was the service from Ahmed and Said. These two went above and beyond every single day, helping me with so many questions about Morocco — local customs, where to eat, how to get around, history of the medina — you name it, they knew it. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they made the whole trip so much more special. One thing that really needs fixing though is the WiFi — the connection speed was terrible throughout my stay, which isn’t great for a hotel at this level. Fix that and this place would be absolutely perfect. Highly recommend, and a big thank you to Ahmed and Said!
Would highly recommend staying in an Angsana Riad. It was truly an unforgettable and authentic experience. The rooms were unique and the bed comfortable. The room was kept very clean as was the rest of the accommodation. The splash pool and breakfast area was beautiful. The location was perfect to access the main sites of Marrakech easily. Transfers were arranged with ease to and from the airport so we arrived quickly with no issues. We were met with mint tea on arrival and from then on every single little extra thoughtful touch made all the difference. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast which was like a feast and found the service to be impeccable at reception, at breakfast and in the main restaurant at all times. Everyone was friendly, courteous and thoughtful. I particularly liked that the person serving our breakfast remembered how I liked my tea. The only issues were some guests above us were a little noisy and the shower pressure caused the floor to be slippy but it did not take away from such a fantastic experience. The staff deserve all the praise for their hard work and high levels of service. A wonderful experience overall.
