Loved it! Felt like a piece of heaven in hustle and bustle. I had the junior suite and enjoyed the experience. The pictures online do not do this riad justice. It is much better in real life. The staff were so attentive, I literally felt like royalty. Breakfast was on point and freshly made when you arrived at your table. My stay at the riad has raised my expectations from hotels, I don't think I can holiday in any other country now.
We had an amazing time at Riad Les Bougainvilliers. The service is absolutely second to none - everyone is so friendly, attentive, and eager to help. You’re really made to feel welcome and at home. The riad itself is beautiful - an oasis amidst the chaos of Marrakech. Would happily stay again and would recommend without hesitation.
We had a wonderful stay at Riad Les Bougainvilliers. Philippe and Mansaf were very helpful and accommodating. Our flight into Marrakesh arrived very early in the morning and we were exhausted and they welcomed us with tea and cookies and allowed us to check in early. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We did the hammam with Kadijah and really enjoyed it and it is very reasonably priced. The riad itself is also very beautiful. Note that is this is your first time staying in a riad they are very discreet on the outside, just look for the small sign for the riad on the wall and prepare to be amazed at the inside.
Good location, central to all the tourist attractions. I had to give a low rating because we lost electricity for a whole night through to the morning. I messaged the guy on WhatsApp and got no response though today is Christmas so I get it. I guess going straight to reception would have been faster. WiFi is also slow and keeps cutting out. Overall, not a bad stay at all. For those who have a rental car, park at Parking Winxo Tachfine for a guarded 24/7 parking. This is apparently the closest to the riad. By foot, it’s 13 minutes. It is crazy in the medina! Do not listen to the guys on motorbikes. I had to ring the riad to tell me this so perhaps it will be useful for others.
This was the perfect choice for our stay in Marrakech. We loved the location of this Riad, and felt completely safe walking to and from, even late at night. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the facilities had everything we needed. Breakfast each day was easy and filling, and we even dined for lunch having a gorgeous chicken tagine meal prepared by the kind ladies in the kitchen. Most of all I want to thank Monssif at the front desk for his service and for making sure we were looked after. Nothing was too much trouble for him or any of the staff. I’d also recommend using the hotel’s driver to and from the airport, it was easy to arrange and the driver was friendly with great English. Overall a perfect stay and would choose to stay here again!
