This spa is definitely worth a visit! This was my very first hammam experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and guided through every step of the experience. I was shown to the changing room, where I changed into the provided robe, slippers, and disposable underwear before the treatment began. The hammam itself was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling amazing. They also offer more extensive spa packages and massages, which I would definitely recommend if you're looking for an even more indulgent experience. After the hammam, I was invited to relax on the rooftop with a cup of Moroccan tea, a bottle of water, and a small pastry, which was the perfect way to unwind. I was also allowed to keep the exfoliating glove, so I could use it again while showering before leaving. The staff were genuinely kind and professional throughout. A wonderful first hammam experience, and I highly recommend this spa!
Amazing experience! We took the Trésor d’Orient package. The staff met us at the reserved time and were dedicated to us the entire time. Very professional and friendly. I've been to hammams in various countries, but the experience here was indescribable. I especially liked the emphasis on relaxation at all times. A big hello to everyone who works in the hammam and every compliment.
Lovely experience! It is warm in the building like a dry sauna heat. The ladies were super friendly and helpful. They have lockers to put your things as well. I suggest getting henna AFTER a Hamam. They scrubbed mine off (unintentionally) lol. You must remain low volume because the sound travels and they dont want anyone to have noisy massage. Enjoy!
Recommended by friends , the hammam was not alright, it was different than what we had before. The massage was okay in general. If the ladies provided the massage can stop chatting with each other that will give their customers an even better experience.
First and foremost, just saying that this is not a complaint. The spa was stunning and beautiful, has natural sunlight. However, i felt like our session was just rushed through (we did les bains d’orient hammam) we came 4 hours earlier initially from our reservation but if it’s rushed, we should have just came at the initial hour. The people are friendly and welcoming! But i felt like the whole hammam experience can be more thoroughly and not just like slapping mask on the body, rushed body scrubbing and simply put argan oil in the hair not even thoroughly. I really liked the spa environment but hoping the service could be much better. Keep up, i believe in you.
