Massage rated 5 I chose 2 massages (30 minutes each) lymphatic and toning. The second massage was amazing (not sure which massage it was) Manicure rated 2 It took over an hour and 15 minutes without polish being applied. After all that time, I had to shape my own nails as they were all different legnths and shapes, she did not clean under my nails or push cuticles back. Cuticles were not fully removed and now I will go buy a bottle of nail polish and a nail file to fix it. I believe this was a beginner maybe without proper training? Also, the table was tall and the chairs were short causing my neck to get kinked and was uncomfortable during this very long process. I wanted to tip the massage therapist from the second massage but was made to feel i had to tip both services. I usually tip on performance. I walked out frustrated and let down. They were very nice and the price was decent, that said I wont be back.

I had such a wonderful experience at this spa. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. They really made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.. A special thank you to the hammam and scrubbing lady as well. She did an excellent job , I felt completely refreshed and renewed afterward. The massage was absolutely amazing, relaxing, therapeutic, and exactly what I needed. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place!
They turned it around, always good to give second chances! I had a massage on day one, the room was cold and they had building work going on. So it spoilt the experience, although the massage as fabulous. I said at the end about the cold and the noise and owner offered me a gift, 30mins free to say sorry, I have just been back and had the best massage, the room was warm and there was no noise! I would recommend here for sure!
