⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This hotel was such a great experience for our first days in Morocco. The location is excellent — only about a 5-minute walk to the main attractions, and the area felt very safe even at night. We saw many local women and families with children walking around nearby in the evening, which made the atmosphere feel very comfortable and welcoming. The taxi drop-off point is also convenient, with only a short 5-minute walk to the hotel. The interior design is understated, modern, and elegant. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and comfortable. One detail I especially appreciated as a woman traveler was the availability of cotton swabs, makeup pads, and other small female-friendly amenities — honestly something I rarely saw during my time in Morocco, and it made the stay feel extra considerate. The staff were incredibly warm and genuine. You could really feel their happiness and hospitality came from the heart rather than just professional service. Breakfast was also delicious and very generous, with plenty of options to start the day well. I would especially recommend this place for anyone visiting Morocco for the first time. It gave us a very smooth, comfortable, and welcoming start to the trip.
From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with tea and a calm, thoughtful check-in, where the team takes the time to explain everything clearly and share great recommendations using a detailed map of the city. It’s a very nice and personal touch that immediately makes you feel at ease. What truly stands out is the staff. Everyone—from the reception team to the lady preparing breakfast and the young man working at night—was incredibly kind, attentive, and detail-oriented. No matter the time of day, they were always available to help. We often left early and came back late due to our plans, and they consistently accommodated us, even preparing breakfast early and ensuring someone was there to open the door late at night. The room, while on the smaller side (as expected in a riad), was very clean, cozy, and nicely decorated with thoughtful details. Overall, a great stay with genuinely caring service throughout. We would definitely recommend it.
Recommend 100%. Great location next to the Medina, beautiful Riad, with great attention to detail from the rooms, to the customer service (even before the arrival) to the daily breakfast. We had a great experience! Thank you Cedric for all your help and tips during our stay. Fully recommend to stay here to our friends and family traveling to Marrakech.
We loved everything about our stay at Riad Nubala! Cedric and Florence have created a wonderful oasis in the middle of the Medina of Marrakech We loved the food, our room, the location and the recommendations provided by Cedric. Walid was one of our favorite people we met on our trip to Marrakech, from the moment we contacted him on WhatsApp to the attentiveness he gave us on our stay, we really appreciated him!
The Riad Al Nubula is owned & ran by Florence & Cedric who are the most Amazing hosts! They designed their establishment themselves & this is easy to see with the love that they have put into it! The correspondence before we arrived was 1st class! We were picked up & dropped of at the airport by their driver. The room was perfect & so clean & quiet! Breakfast was fabulous every morning, staff were so attentive & there was a different choice each morning. I would recommend this is thee Best place to stay in Marrakech!
